Here's one I did on a car ride with my husband. He chose the beach theme and here is the result. I want to make a few changes and maybe I'll turn it into a painting.

Going a Little Ducky

Okay, honest, I have no idea why I've been drawing so many birds lately. It has not been my intention. I've been drawing other things as well but it just turns out that I've been liking how the birds have been turning out. Strange. On that note, I saw some really amazing bald eagles flying over head today. I was outside with the kids and they were circling close above our heads. It was amazing seeing them in such detail. They are really awesome to see in flight.

Bird Brain

Well, this is the first line up I've done. I've seen a lot of other artists do these before but they looked pretty intimidating to me. It actually worked out really well. I really like this character. It was a lot of fun thinking of the different profiles. I think I will try creating another creature. I wonder what I will come up with next time? :0)

Well I didn't do any posts this weekend because it was my Birthday! I had a lot of fun too. I'm really tired though so I just did a quick one tonight.
