Ammo Can (another Big Sandwich Challenge)

Well, here she is.  My Ammo Can.  This was a tricky little challenge because you are only allowed 350 triangles (alright, no problem) and it has to be functional :D.  Ha ha... that threw me for a minute. But here she is, fully functional.  All of the pivots have been adjusted to allow for easy peazy animation of the handle and the lid.  I also modeled it under the 350 triangle limit... so that's pretty cool.  I'll post the texture map soon... I may even make a little animation showing it's fancy opening and closing ability. ;)  But, I should make supper before my stomach disturbs my neighbors.  Cheers! T.

Oil Drum

Hello Everyone!  I found this artist test on the Big Sandwich Games Site ( http://www.bigsandwichgames.com/testpage.html ) and I thought I would do it up!  I started with the Oil Drum challenge.  Naturally, after you've finished you can see ways in which you would improve, but I'm eager to move on to the next challenge. :D  If anyone knows of a good game Oil Drum reference, I would really appreciate it if you sent me a link.  It's hard to know how well you did with out seeing what others were able to do.  Thanks and bye for now!

Hello Everyone!
This is from the trading card show still on at the Richmond Art Gallery.  Mine are in the third row.  They are the women drawn in three styles: Story-book, Idealized and Japanese - Anime style.  You can see a sample below.  They were all hand drawn, colored in photo-shop then the lines were touched up with black ink.  Afterward, all cards received a embellishment by being with Japanese and Korean colored sparkle ink.  (It's very subtle) Lastly, small lacy cut outs were made on each card. 
  My friend, Kate Gauthier, is also in the show.  She hand cut out all of her pieces with an tiny exact o-knife and was playing with positive and negative space.  Really pretty Kate.  Enjoy!
